This meetup is designed for anyone who is interested in being their best, healthiest self by starting the day off with some fresh air and exercise. Exercise is so much more enjoyable when there are others involved. Isn't it true that you never EVER regret making the choice to exercise, yet sometimes manage to find excuses not to go. Why is that?
Join us as we discover new hiking trails and revisit some favorites while enjoying some outdoor exercise, beautiful scenery, and good conversation. We're also open to suggestions for mid-week early morning neighborhood walks. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
