With the help and expert tuition of the Chef Scott Barrett from Elements cafe/restaurant in Lyall Bay you’ll learn how to wield a knife like a pro. We’ll chop a mountain of vegetables, then cook a vegetarian dish before sitting down to enjoy dinner and a glass of vino together.
Bring along your knives from home and the team from Elements will be happy to sharpen them properly for you for you.
Cost of this event is $55pp this includes the class, dinner and glass of wine.
Last date for payment is Monday 18th of February. If we have not received your payment by this date you’ll run the risk of loosing your place to the next person on the waiting list.
