Knife Skills at Elements Cooking School 4th Class

Do you know your chiffonade from your julienne? Want to learn how to use a knife as fast and effectively as a TV chef? This could be the class for you…..

With the help and expert tuition of the Chef Scott Barrett from Elements cafe/restaurant in Lyall Bay you’ll learn how to wield a knife like a pro. We’ll chop a mountain of vegetables, then cook a vegetarian dish before sitting down to enjoy dinner and a glass of vino together.

Bring along your knives from home and the team from Elements will be happy to sharpen them properly for you for you.

Cost of this event is $55pp this includes the class, dinner and glass of wine.

Last date for payment is Wednesday 6th March. If we have not received your payment by this date you’ll run the risk of loosing your place to the next person on the waiting list.

    Hi Chris, Frank (below) is going to the event on Friday so i've sorted out a gluten and diary free meal for her but the rest of the group will be eating the veggie dish that Scott comes up with. I can call them now and ask if they can do a gluten and diary free dish for you as well. But i'll need to know in the next 10 mins

      Frank, just got an email from the owner of the cooking school and he seems to think that will be fine. He's going to double check with the chef tomorrow so will get back to me in the morning. Just one spot left so I'd sign up and I will confirm tomorrow if that ok
