We're going to visit a family owned sheep farm at a exclusive and very secret location not to far from Wellington...details of will be emailed to those that RSVP "yes".
First we'll participate in a hands on halloumi and mozzarella lesson, given by a professional chef, then we'll all create our own pizza for lunch with fresh local ingredients and side salad. We'll finish off with some handcrafted, gourmet ice-cream. There will be a cash bar for those that fancy a little tipple or two!!
It's up to you what you put on your pizza so this event is suitable for vegiterians.
Price for this event is $45pp. Last day for payment for this event is Friday 5th April, we need to pay the farm one month before the event or risk loosing the venue to another event. If we haven't received your payment by this date you're place will be made available to the next person on the waiting list.
