Eliott Brookes from Master Chef NZ 2013 - Fish Filleting Master Class & Dinner










Wellington Foodies exclusive.....

Eliott Brookes from Master Chef NZ 2013 is a bit of a wiz when it comes to fish.... We've arranged this cooking class with Eliott at Elements Cooking School just for Wellington Foodies. You lucky little Foodies!!!

This is a hands on demonstration so make sure you're ready for action.... You'll learn how to fillet and skin fish with minimum waist. We'll make a fish stock that will be used to create one of the dishes with the bones of the fish. Each participant will get their own fish to work on.

When we've finished the tricky bit it's onto the cooking.... with half of the fish fillet we'll make a simple and very fresh ceviche. While the ceviche is chilling we'll make a rich tomato sauce and pan fry our second fillet. Eliott will give us tips on how to pan fry the perfect fish fillet.

After all our hard work we'll all sit down round the table and tuck into our delicious supper accompanied with a glass of wine supplied by MacVine International.

It's going to be a lot of fun and who knows....Eliott might even share some Master Chef gossip with us if we give him enough wine :-)....

All recipes will be provided.

Price of this event is $60pp and includes hands on demo, dinner, all recipes, and a glass of wine. The last date for payment for this event is Tuesday the 16th of July. If you haven't paid by 16th you'll be removed from the list and your place will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.

We will re-run this event if we get enough people on the waiting list.
