Following the massive success of our first puff and choux class, we've decided to host a repeat for those that missed the first class.
We've come up with this extra special 3 hour class just for Wellington Foodies. This class will provide you with all the basics for puff pastry making. We'll cover the English method, French method, half-turn method, book fold method. The puff pastry will be used to create a savoury pie for dinner with either a chicken or vegetarian pie. While the puff pastry is resting we'll whip up a batch of chocolate éclairs for desert. You'll be making the choux and pastry cream from scratch and will get to take a box of eclairs home with you. We'll also be making pecorino and paprika puff twists and a spiced apple turnover. All recipes will be proved.

The price of this class is $70pp and includes hands-on cooking lesson, dinner, desert and a couple of glasses of wine. Please pay for this class no later than 24 hours after you RSVP. If we don't receive your payment you'll be removed from the list and your place will be re-advertised.
