Sausage Making with Rachel Priestley - The Prodigal Daughter

Rachel Priestley is a bit of a New Zealand culinary legend. If you've ever had really amazing Charcuterie in one of Wellington flasher restaurants, chances are it was produced by Rachel (aka The Prodigal Daughter). She spent 10 years in Italy and has cooked for Contessa’s and taught Tuscan chefs how to improve Tuscan cuisine. See what I mean..... Legend!

In this class you will get to make your own sausages and taste some of Rachel's amazing Italian salumi products. There will be wine and much merriment and you will leave a sausage making pro.

The price for this class is $70pp and includes a bundle of sausage, wine and salumi tasters. Deadline for payment is Wednesday 30th of April. If we haven’t received your payment by this date you’ll be removed from the attendance list and your place will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
