This is the next in a series of events where David Burton invites local chefs whose talents he appreciates and respects to give a demonstration of their signature dish.
For this event in association with Feast and Vine David has invited Veronique Sauzeau of Le Marche Francais and former chef to the French Ambassador to demonstrate her signature dish; Chicken Fricassee with Porcini and Asparagus, very seasonal!
To begin David and Veronique will take us on a walk around Moore Wilson to find our ingredients, then it’s off to the wine shop with Nicola Belsham of Fish Head Magazine fame to select a match for our dish, before being whisked back to the kitchen where Veronique will give us a start to finish demonstration of her dish.
Each attendee will be given a tasting potion of the dish and a glass of wine to match.
