Hometown: Chipping Norton, England

Love all things food but am particularly fond of farmers markets, artisan producers, amazing restaurants, interesting flavour combinations and wine. When it comes to chefs I adore Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Nigel Slater and am a big fan of Al Brown. When cooking at home I like to keep it simple and rustic, save the complicated for dining out. My dining highlights to date have to be; The Fat Duck (Heston Blumenthal), Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons (Raymond Blanc), Nobu (Nobu Matsushisa) and The Seafood Restaurant (Rick Stein). Would like to add Depot to the list at some stage. Big cook book collection.
I make amazing pasta and am pretty reasonable when it comes to Thai and Indian food. Cooking with Kids
Anything and everything!
Running Wellington Foodies since late 2011 and started Wellington Foodies Kids in Jan 2013. By day i'm a graphic designer and always on the look out for new and exciting projects (preferably food related!)
I love running this group. Great bunch of people and loads of totally delicious events.
