I love food in all its many flavours, colours and aromas (except for molluscs, bivalves and crustacea which I am deathly alergic to). The cuisines that most intregue me are Northern European - Dutch, German, French; Mediterranean - Spanish, Southern French, Italian, Greek, Moroccan, Middle Eastern as well as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Tex-Mex, Barbecue and Mexican... ok, I like to eat!!! My experience and most of what I write about covers the intersection between food and what we drink with it...
