We invite you to join our weekly group meditation practice on Tuesday nights. Meditation instruction is offered free of charge. Everyone is welcome and no previous meditation experience is necessary. No need to register, just turn up.
The evening begins at 6.30pm with tea and light refreshments and meditation begins around 6.40pm with meditation instruction available for those who are coming for the first time (or anyone who would like to receive it again).
The meditation practice itself consists of sets of 20 minute sitting meditation, interspersed with 10 minute walking meditations. We also have a brief reading, or a short talk and discussion and meditation concludes at 8pm.
