Weekly Meditation - Tuesday evenings

We invite you to join our weekly group meditation practice on Tuesday nights. Meditation instruction is offered free of charge. Everyone is welcome and no previous meditation experience is necessary.

The evening begins at 6.30pm with tea and light refreshments and meditation begins around 6.40pm. Meditation instruction is offered for those who are coming for the first time (or anyone who would like to receive it again).

The meditation practice itself consists of sets of 20 minute sitting meditations, interspersed with 10 minute walking meditations. There's a brief reading and discussion and meditation concludes at 8.00pm.
