The Lunchtime Sessions

An occasional series where we step out for a spot of lunch and some mid-week socialising to help ease our way towards the weekend.

The Backbencher pub has risen from the ashes, having survived two fires and a giant game of snakes and ladders*. Come and check out the refurbished interior which includes a new front bar area and seven
new political puppets especially commissioned for the refit.
A link to the new menu is here:

Because it's lunch I've added a flexible start and end date to give people time to get in late or leave early if they need to. We'll aim to order around 12.10pm...

*This makes sense if you've walked past the building during the refit.

Thanks for coming everyone. Was a nice way to break up the week and the new Backbencher menu was awesome. We should do it again sometime. Hope you got your cookies Claire! :)

First time I've done this type of event so just testing the waters re: numbers. Plans/availability change quickly during the week so you may get lucky...
