This group is for people who've do, or thought about doing triathlons, duathlons, multisport, mtb, road cycling, like a bit of speed, maybe want to enter a few events, but aren't averse stopping at the end of a ride for a pint and bowl chips.
We're not trying to be an elite training group with hardcore training sessions, but more just a group of friends who meet up regularly for rides, swims, runs, and go to the odd event / race...
