Tuesday spectacular regular

Up to 1h of road, offroad, flat or hills, we choose. Bring a headtourch! And it's off road so Trail shoes are handy!

Generally we run to the top of Mt Vic...and around the surrounding tracks. This is a do-able pace and we cover about 8-12km. So if you want to push yourself or do something different than the boring old waterfront, this could be for you.

This is more of an intermediate run.

I'm off work with a headache. This probably means I shouldn't run :(

Apparently it's stormy enough to cancel my flight back to Wgtn tonight, but hopefully this Tuesday run still goes ahead! Unfortunately no flights at all tomorrow so have to miss this one...

Hi there. I arrived in Windy Welly yesterday and keen for a run, is it likely the run will occur tomorrow if weather like today ? And if weather clears should I wear off trainers or road ones ? ....also unsure of my pace, so guessing tracks are pretty clear and I am not likely to get lost if lagging behind :-)

Welcome to Windy Welly Corinne! Yes, we run in pretty much ANY weather - we're quite used to the funky gales :-) as for shoes, best to wear trail shoes as we stay mostly on Mt Vic's trails. As for the pace, don't worry, there'll be two groups - the speedies and the chillers so you'll fit right in :-) oh and if you're keen to join us for a bit of 'balance' post run at Mac's Brewery, you're more than welcome!

Heys, I haven't done this since daylight savings. Do you still need a head torch or is it light enough?
