Get those core muscles fit and firm to support your running!
Who finds the motivation to do sit-ups at home...exactly! So come along and do some core exercises together (no sit-ups I promise).
The session is going to be close to 45 minutes to make sure everyone gets something out of this. If you need to leave earlier to be able to catch the Tuesday night run it's fine, or you can ask them to run by and pick you up as part of their run.
The idea is to keep this going every tuesday.
