I am so excited, for all of my athletes and wanna be athletes, Dr. David Phillips will be with us for an extensive discussion on athlete induced oxidative stress! (And aging!)
OK, so you are not an athlete or have any desire to compete in a Triathlon-- you will still learn so much about how your body works and how important exercise is for you!
How does proper nutrition and exercise affect our quality of life? What is the impact of oxidative stress on aging and chronic disease? Whether you are a medical professional, a coach, a trainer, an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone just interested in a healthy lifestyle, this is information you won’t want to miss!
