I am a mathematician, who created some artistic computer graphics software (www.ananya.com). I appreciate how in the second class Anna also made me an artist in preparing raw food.
The Wellness Cuisine taught me a lot and also gave me a deeper understanding how to make an art out of food preparation. I am now more artistic and spontaneous in finding my own way of preparing food.
I am grateful for all the work Anna put into the certification classes, which made me appreciate three things: 1) I appreciate all the sophisticated information I received, such as information about high nutrient per calorie dense food, fatty acids, pomegranate fruit for reducing high cholesterol, vitamin D supplement, and nutritional yeast for getting the B-complex. It was also interesting to learn about Hydrogen Peroxide for cleaning food and hands. 2) I appreciate the large variety of food I learned to prepare, such as lots of juices, smoothies, dehydrated foods, ocean foods, sprouts, salads, and even pizzas. I learned a lot and I actually started to develop better sensitivity about which foods are healthy. 3) Last but not least I appreciate that I received two comprehensive books with information about health and perfect food preparation. These books are a work of art and a great resource.
