goals? Come join us. We plan to meet at least once a month to learn, share, and encourage each other to live a healthy life. Anyone who is interested in health & wellness
, weight loss, and fitness while having fun and sharing with others will love this group!
In today's hectic society it is even more of a challenge to achieve and or maintain this goal. Meetings will consist of guest speakers on various health topics, healthy foods with recipe idea's that will help in incorporating living healthy in this busy, fast paced world.
We are not a trend, a diet or a quick solution to fit into your skinny jeans! What we ARE is a refreshed philosophy on approaching life and everything good that it offers. Our main goal, even though the phrase has been overused, is to combine body, mind, soul and spirit for a fulfilled, healthy and happy lifestyle!!
