I love sushi, but I’m not a fan of mercury tainted fish and empty calorie white rice.

Join us to learn how to make your own raw, vegan sushi at home using untoasted nori, quinoa, jicama, cauliflower rice and filled with fresh, raw veggies!

Cost is $30 per person, and includes all food, course materials, and chopsticks ;0)

    I have been stuffing & rolling sushi wrong for so long! Thank you Jen for not only making it look easy, but for a great explanation & demonstration if how to do it correctly! I found sushi Matt's at World Market today for $1.99 each. I made raw sushi for lunch!
