  • Have regular swaps of various themes.
  • Make altered Art!
  • Have monthly contest with fun prizes.
  • Go on a scrapbook weekend together.
  • Host a event to honor a local charity.
  • Have guest speakers.
  • Show our pages at the Orange County Fair.
  • Get together more often because we have so much fun!.

    Any one. Young or old. New to scrabooking or stamps, or very seasoned . We welcome all. Never be afraid to try something new, you might surprise yourself!

    As a stay at home Mom of one very active toddler, I wanted to start a group that was close to home.
    My background consist of painting, arts and crafts, jewelry making, play house set designs, fashion designs and costume making, photography, drawing, ceramics, modeling, music, teaching art to children, gardening and cooking.

    I have a passion for Altered Art, Vintage 'goodes', Faeries, Halloween, reading, true friends, my little boy and my husband Brian.

    I enjoy seeing our members get excited over completed projects or page spreads and knowing they are learning something from me that can be passed on to family and friends!

    Teresa Bettenhauser

    As a new mom of a beautiful daughter named Sydney, I wanted to get back into scrapbooking to chronicle our life's events!
    I enjoy trying new crafts, though I'm not so good at most of them! I have been married to my wonderful husband, Rob, for 13 years and our daughter was born in 2003.
    I really enjoy taking photos of her and all the fun things we do and places we go. Then I enjoy turning those photos into beautiful (hopefully) scrapbook pages.
    Recently, I started learning rubberstamping (but still have a ways to go) and card making. I'm hoping to learn more about both of these techniques from the members of this group.
    My work background includes journalism and public relations, computers, web development and whole bunch of other stuff! Two years ago I completed my master's in organizational management and hope to use those skills when I return to the workforce in a few years.
    I look forward to seeing what everyone else in the group is doing as we have our meetups.
