PET PAWTY at Town & Country Crossing near THREE DOG BAKERY

There is no real "meetup" planned for our group, but we will have quite a few of our people there.  It's free of charge and open to the public.

SHORT LEASHES ONLY, per the sponsors of this event.  There will be a LOT of dogs here.

This is NOT at the 3 Dog Bakery field where the Growl-O-Ween Party and Easter Egg Hunt is held.  It is at the Veterinarian place, located diagonally across the parking lot from 3 Dog, I think.  Shouldn't be hard to find, just look for a whole bunch of dogs.  The Vet is between Target and Clayton Road.

SISSY and I will be there by 11:00.  I want to see the Purina Performance Team show that starts then.  And the World Bird Sanctuary thing at 11:30.

Sissy is a salt/pepper Australian Cattle Dog with one black eye and wearing  a red harnass. Fairly distinctive coloring, and a lot of the people know us.  If you're a first timer, take a look at her pictures on my profile (Karen B), find us and introduce yourself to our group.

It is sponsored by TOWN & COUNTRY VETERINARY HOSPITAL and THREE DOG BAKERY. All of the info that I have is from this flyer. If you need further details, contact the sponsors.  Otherwise, don't overthink it.  Just show up, look for a lot of dogs doing something,  and have fun.

Thanks to our sponsor, THREE DOG BAKERY (Kathy Caton & CRUISE), and to Town & Country Vet Clinic for hosting this wonderful dog event. So many dogs, and no problems. It was a great afternoon of doggie fun.

I'm still amazed at the guy who brought a cat on a leash to the event. The dogs really didn't know what to do with it, barely paid attention to it. I think they thought it was a bad-smellin' dog! Why didn't I get a picture of that? Brave Kitty.

Nice little event, also nice it was completely FREE! Stopped by the chiropractic booth and got Ms Junebug adjusted which she was very happy about! Great to see some of the other members too :)

We were there until 12:30. Found Karen/FINLEY, Kim/LUNA, Kathy/JUNEBUG, Joan/KATO. There were a lot of dogs. Neat stuff in the goodie bag and excellent weather. SISSY most enjoyed the hotdogs.

I think this is the perfect activity for SISSY (and ME) today, after yesterday's abusive hike! I'll have to buy her some goodies as a reward for her hard work. I'll be wearing a bright pink jacket and we plan to be there a little before 11:00. Hopefully, some of us can find each other. Newbies, don't be shy, be sure to find us, if you can, and introduce yourself.

If you're new to the group, look at profiles of those attending. We usually end up in the same area. A lot of our regulars will be here. First timers, please try to find us. We all have dog pictures posted, a lot easier than trying to recognize human faces!

The mapping feature above is very good. This is in the TARGET/WHOLE FOODS shopping center at Woods Mill Road and Clayton Road.
