Online Assignment- Water 2 images

  • Aug 31, 2014 · 10:00 PM

For this assignment, let's focus on water and it's many forms. Some cool examples could be water drops, water in motion, ice, steam, reflections on water, something that is wet, or something totally lacking water like death valley. Your images can include other things, but water should be the main focus. Be creative. Try something you've never done before. Go out on an adventure!
Like all assignments, there will NOT be an in person meeting. Please do this on your own time. Please no archive digging, and images should be 100% created by you. If you know how, please resize images to be 1000 on the long, at 72 ppi jpegs. If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it. You can submit up to two images. Use the PHOTOS tab above to find the assignment, and follow the prompts for uploading. If you would like feedback on your images, please let us know. If feed back is not asked for, please do not make suggestions to the artist.

My vote is for #13, Roxanne's SF fishy shot. Also very partial to numbers 17, 20, and 24. All entries are very inventive takes on this theme. Well done.

Not sure if my vote counts if I didn't participate in the shooting portion, but if so, my vote goes to Carl's ice.

Sounds like fun...and conveniently I am heading to Seattle this weekend (I hear they have some water there).

Don't know your photography yet, but the Red Hall in the Seattle Public Library is a photographer's dream - and they allow tripods! Google it under images and see if it's something you'd like.
