Food sampling for the first 30 minutes, and then the class time runs 30 to 45 minutes allowing time for discussion.
You are invited to come sample the food, and it's up to you if you want to stay for the class. Enjoy an old rustic organic apple grove as it gets its springtime flowers.

By participating in our free Wellness Program you'll have the opportunity to increase health, happiness, and productivity in your organization. This intern led Wellness Program an advanced nutrition consultant student Ivy Hunter brings the Bauman College Eating for Health model of nutrition to this group.
Participants will learn:
The fundamental principles of nutrition
Ways to better the moods
Regulate sleep habits
Increase overall knowledge of proper diet and lifestyle
Participants receive a 35 page book that includes:
Tools necessary to begin making lasting changes for better health including all 4 class lecture reading materials,
personal goal tracking practice and reflection pages for each level

The Goodness of Whole Grains
Participants optionally can sample two types of smoothies this day, and the recipes will be available along with others in my personal recipe book before the class ($5). There is no requirement to buy the recipe book. I've personally tested and tried these recipes, which contain booster foods outlined in the Eating for Health approach. They are all delicious and you will enjoy the sampling.
