This is an Introduction to the PROPER Kettlebell Swing. Class will run approximately 60 minutes. Bring water, a towel, and an open mind.

You will learn the safe and effective performance of the Kettlebell Swing. If you have seen a video or commercial and attempted this, our Introduction is for you! If you have never touched a Kettlebell you will learn proper technique.

Classes are led by Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified Instructor, Trainer Steve.

Kettlebells are a centuries old tool that provide intense full body fitness training. Proper use of the Kettlebell combines cardiovascular conditioning as well as strength and flexibility training.

The Kettlebell Swing can burn up to 1200 calories per hour! Lose unwanted body fat without the dishonor of dieting and the boredom of traditional "cardio". Get stronger and more flexible, tone and tighten trouble areas, all with a gym that fits in your hand!
