RSVP Policy

Meetup is an incredible tool for advertising and marketing ourselves as well as a fabulous tool for communicating to the group. It has many useful features including automated meeting announcements and the ability to RSVP your attendance at meetings. Much planning goes into organizing the events and meetings for this group, and many people are affected when RSVPs are not honoured.

Please confirm your attendance at meetings. You are welcome to use "Maybe" until 24 hours prior to the event, at which point I would be very grateful if you could select either yes or no.

Of course there will be times when you say no and want to attend, by all means please join us.

Please do not say yes and not show up, this is truly where I need your help and commitment.
