The West Michigan Kayaking Club was founded in April, 2010 to bring together loyal friends and fellow kayakers to enjoy and explore Michigan's beautiful rivers.

There are no dues and no fees to join us.

We are an exciting and dynamic group of individuals who have common goals and interests. We welcome experienced kayakers to the less experienced with the goal in mind to help you become accustomed to life on the water.

We are very safety conscious.  Our member base is very experienced. Several members have water rescue training. We make every attempt to make your float experience one you will remember for a lifetime.

We have an excellent leadership team consisting of myself, Brian Burke, Michal Enders, Jim and Julie Gallagher, Michele, Patti, Mike and Kim. Combined we have over 90 years combined experience kayaking Michigan's rivers and rivers throughout the United States.
