Join us for weekly group runs on Saturday AMs and Thursday PMs.
We run up to 5 miles and do a great mix of running workouts. Every run starts with an easy group pace before we split into levels appropriate for your level. All levels welcome, from just past the 26.2 finish line to just off the couch. Some run races, some just love a reason to be outside. Here's the secret: you don't have to be or become a runner to run!
