Want to see the future of exercise? Look backward. We're joining the pillars of the original training halls: kettlebells and swinging clubs. The old ways emphasized skill over brawn, gathered traditions from around the world, connected body and brain, and held health paramount. Can we get an amen?

Kettlebell practice mixes strength and cardio together—so you'll metabolize those expanding energy stores faster than conventional exercise (and studies prove it!). The integrated, natural movements build lean, long muscles to fundamentally change your body and the way it moves. And it's not just your muscles getting stronger: bones, alignment, joints, connective tissues, and motor skills are positively affected in ways completely ignored by other workouts.

This is a perfect, movement-based practice for folks who have some body mileage, but the workout is for anyone looking to expand their horizon. Folks who'd like to spend less time working out (and get more out of each session), be more excited for each workout, and emphasize useful, sustainable abilty as the ultimate goal.

I originally studied kettlebells to correct pain and injuries from conventional workouts. As I shifted to a more balanced physicaly life, they became an important transition to a different perspective on exercise--more thoughtful, aimed at long-term health and ability, and shorter, more enjoyable sessions. And they helped remove long-standing lower back pain.  Change the goal, change the workout!

Our technique approach blends elements of both RKC (for non-traditional lifts) and AKC (for traditional lifts), though our workout mentality leans toward meditative practice and (far) away from puke-bucket, maximal tension, superset burnout.
