Cooking classes are a fun thing to do with other people, so here's one! If you're ever wanted to learn how to make your own bread, here's your chance! Challah is a traditional yummy Jewish egg bread that is shaped in a braid and complements any meal.
I'm organizing this great workshop, all hands-on, taught by a professional chef. You’ll learn the entire process from flour to loaf: mixing, kneading, rising, baking and we’ll learn several dough braiding techniques (three, four and six-strand loaves). We’ll provide all the ingredients and you’ll make your very own loaf to take home, warm out of the oven! We’ll also learn to make a dip (such as hummus, babaganouj or tzatziki) while we wait for the dough to rise. BYOApron!
