Paint and Play

Join us on Wednesday for the Paint and Play event! Many games require players to assemble and paint miniatures before playing. If you join us you will get a free miniature that you can paint and we will teach you some painting tips! There will also be four demo armies from the game Warmachines for you to play with if you are interested in playing but don't have your own models. The event runs from 5-10 and it is first come first serve for the miniatures. Hopefully we will see you there!

Sorry to pull this last-minute, but I dinged up my hand pretty good at work today. I'm going to have to take a rain-check this week.

If I get there at 5, how long will it take to paint a mimi?

Depends how much time you want to dedicate to it. My cousin (total painting amateur) painted one this past week in about an hour that looked pretty decent. I've been spending 5 hours each on mine lately (I'm mostly amateur too), but I'm trying out some new techniques.
