I've ridden 50+ miles at a time, but can do 25-40 miles without too much problem. That was pre-accident, so I'm starting back out with my first ride of 2015 being a 5.5 mile ride through the neighborhood. Hopefully I can work back up to the 50+ and even hit a century by the end of 2015.
Rehab from a cycling accident in 2013, lose some weight, and increase endurance.
I love cycling and running but an injury slowed the running down. I live in the Litchfield Park area and love getting out on the bike for anywhere from 12 to 60 miles.
