WVR Clubhouse for Hill Repeats! 5am

Hill repeats Build Strength for your legs AND lungs!  The best way to become a better runner!

After a warm up to the bottom of the 17-92 hill, we will run up the hill...down the hill...up, down, up, down...goal is 5 times but do what you can.  Then a recovery jog back to the clubhouse. This should give you just over 3 miles.
