I'd be glad of that change!? I'll even get a non-D&D game started up in celebration.

Hi All - well things are going pretty well with the group. We now have 103 members. That's great. So we're looking at some thoughts on how to improve things for our members. One idea that came up was to change the name of the group from "Westchester D&D Meetup Group" to something a little more general like "Westchester Area RPG Society", which would give people the (correct) impression that we're about more than just D&D. Any thoughts on that? If no one objects then I'll go ahead and change the name.

Another idea is to hold some seminars. Some thoughts we have are:

1) Basic RPGing for beginners.
2) Techniques for Great GMing.
3) How to Pick a Rules System for your Group.

etc.

I'd be interested in hearing any feedback, and also if anyone would be interested in volunteering to give a seminar on those or any other related topics.

:)
