Burning Wheel

An introduction to a popular story-driven RPG. No experience is required. This first meeting is for people to familiarize themselves with the rules and how the game is played.
Depending on interest, this will be followed up by a regularly-scheduled story, set in Westeros (A Game Of Thrones) using the Burning Wheel system.

Thanks for coming guys. I'm glad we did the first scenario and ALMOST finished the second one (if it wasn't for the parade we probably would have). We'll meet again in two weeks to discuss the scenario in Westeros and to burn up your characters. Thank you for the feedback at the end tonight, I will take that into consideration, and please know that I've run a Game of Thrones campaign with BW before.

Sorry I didn't make it. I had no idea there was a parade happening. (Can't access internet at work.) Traffic jams and police barricades everywhere. After a half hour of driving aimlessly I just gave up.

I followed the traffic and found a spot in the metro parking lot walking there now

That's what I was trying to warn you about. The parade is on Mamaroneck Ave. And I-95 exits you onto Mamaroneck Avenue.

The exit off of 95 is backed up trying to figure out how to get to modern myths

In fact very little traffic on I-95 and I-287

I-95 South isn't too bad right now

I suggest if you are driving today not to take I-95 or Mamaroneck Avenue due to the Parade.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
