If you wish to coordinate an earlier time, just post and agree.
I have an unplanned errand on Long Island and will have to take the Metro-North train. Post if you will not be there at 2PM, but I likely will not have access to web and a call to my cell[masked] would be helpful.

Can we meet at 2PM? I have to take a train which arrives at 1:35 PM at eh Poughkeepsie station and walk the four blocks.

Lets meet on the East Side of the Hudson.

There are two entrances to the park, one on either side of the Hudson River each with their own unique approach:

East side of the River (Dutchess County) 61 Parker Avenue Poughkeepsie, NY 12601

    Directions:
By train: Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park is located just 4 blocks north of the Metro North and Amtrak station in Poughkeepsie.

By car: take Route 9 to Route 9G north (Marist Drive). Bear right onto Washington Street. Proceed on Washington Street for 0.5 miles. Turn left on Route 9G/Parker Avenue. Walkway's parking lot is on the left side.

Noon? Or lunch first and then walk and take pictures of the fall foliage in the afternoon sun?

That weekend 1 pm would be a bit too early for me because I work night shifts every other weekend and Sep 22 is one of those when I work. Sept 15 and Sept 29/30 I am free.

Maybe have a drink or some food at the Peekskill Brewery at 1:00 PM and we can enjoy lunch with a Trio. http://thepeekskillbrewery.com/
