Trail running is a sport which consists of running and hiking over trails. This is a non-competitive group that is open to all levels of trail running. We will run at a comfortable pace. No one will be left behind!!! Let’s get outside and have a great workout! We will meet rain or shine.
What to bring:
1. Water (camelback type of apparatus)
2. Trail running sneakers/ light hiking boots (road running sneakers don’t have enough traction)
3. Guts & Will to Succeed!
