Wholesaling/Rehabbing Group Meeting

The group will meet and discuss techniques to buy, sell, wholesale, rehab, rent and retail 1-4 family homes in our area. This month we will be honored to have Mark Akajar of Mark's Inspections talk to us about some common problems to look for when previewing a property to rehab or wholesale and some headaches to just STAY AWAY FROM. There will be time for networking and Q&A.
The $10 is for the meeting, the Pizza and Soda are free

Marie FrenkelMark was very knowledgeable someone I would definitely consider using for my next property. I have used two previous inspectors and have never felt either of them had as much knowledge as Mark has. Also Ken & Randy comments about other things to consider when looking at a house and what might hinder the potential for quick resale.

Edgar A. Tafur JrExtremely beneficial. Great reminder how important it is to invest in a good inspector prior to signing either a purchase or a sales contract to inform you of costly unseen damage and repairs that you may have overlooked.
