Spring Wild Foods! Plant walk, tasting, and wild CSA pick-up!

Taste and learn about spring wild foods that wake up your body as the days get longer and the sun shines brighter. Weather depending we may find wild leeks, Japanese knotweed shoots, watercress,horsetail, fiddleheads, cattail, marsh marigold, rare woodland spring ephemerals, edible tree buds, and crawfish, as well as familiar garden greens like dandelion, dock, and more. Bring your appetites!

Sample a variety of shoots, roots, and greens prepared in a smorgasbord of sweet and savory dishes. Take home a box of wild treasures to eat at home. IMPORTANT DETAILS: >>>
The plant walk and tasting is 20-25$.
