Introduction
Hi! I'm Kristina. Love SFF of all kinds. Haven't ever done a book club before, mostly because all the ones I've come across read books I wouldn't ever be interested in reading. This sounds right up my alley. :)
What is your favorite type of science-fiction book (space opera, cyberpunk, alternate history, time travel)?
lately a lot of steampunk, but really almost anything. I tend to latch onto certain authors, and will go where ever they lead me genre-wise.
Who are some of your favorite genre authors? Favorite books?
Bellwether by Connie Willis, Pattern Recognition by William Gibson, The Laundry series by Charles Stross, The Dresden Files series by Jim Butcher, Grass by Sheri Tepper. LeGuin, Elizbeth Bear, McKillip, Cordwainer Smith, L'Engle.
