Meet at Butterfields Pancake Restaurant

Let's have a great brunch at Butterfield's Pancake Restaurant. Do you remember the last time we went there? It was good and easy to find (except for me. . .)!

I was just drooling over their menu, which you can find at http://butterfieldsrestaurant.com/illinois/menu/. I forgot - but they have grits and eggs, a crab cake benedict, lox benedict and all kinds of crepes, belgian waffles and cheese-filled blintzes. They have a considerable selection of healthy options which, naturally, include oatmeal.

We always have a wonderful time; if you haven't come for a while, or joined and haven't yet made the plunge, this is a great time to come - they have room for more and you'll have a chance to meet old members - oops - I mean ladies who have been members for a long time! You'll be submitted to nothing more challenging than choosing what to order, plenty  of giggles, and lots of great girl talk whether you're single or married.

So check your calendar and pen this meetup in if you're free. I always look forward to seeing everyone! And I recently noticed something - if you click on "ticket" at the top of the meetup screen, you will receive the information and directions to the restaurant. Pretty cool, eh?

Missed you so much, Wendy. And, my husband made me PROMISE not to order oatmeal. So I had their yummy Taffy Apple French Toast with fresh apples (sans pecans).

We were, due to my reserving the wrong weekend, kind of crammed in which is very unusual. But it was fantastic having some new members, and folks we haven't seen in a while; all in all a good experience.

I'm so excited at the nice mix of people who are coming on Sunday! Looking forward to meeting I haven't met, and seeing those of you who haven't made it in a while!

Poor Wendy - no taste for the finer breakfast items. I was going to buy you a bowl of oatmeal this Sunday but, guess not!

Too bad we won't see you again. Since I have virtually no family that's never a problem for me. See you in March.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
