Congratulations to the organizers ! It was very well organized and the food (especially lunch and dinner!!) was super yummy and nutritional. Also vegetarian options were available :) ! Thank you !

Firstly, kudos to the organizers for doing a fantastic job! I heard from more than one rider about how good the food is. I'll definitely go for it again next year.

There were many interesting incidents happening during the ride. There's the Pescadero race, where we got to see the racers up close (in real-time and ultra high definition). Then there's the racer who, rounding a corner, proceeded to shout "(something something) fire truck!" A couple seconds later a fire engine came round the same narrow corner... And there's the Aids Lifecycle ride along Highway 1, where a really cool cop stopped all the cars from proceeding on the one-lane road until all the cyclists have gone by.

There were also two racers who were lying on the road receiving medical treatment, I hope they are ok. Not sure if they crashed into each other, or some vehicle was involved...

Lastly, I started with the Robert/Brian group, then switched to the Cheryl/Steven group. After the La Honda rest stop I went solo...
