Announcing a new Meetup for Western Montana Photography!

What: Bass Creek Hike & Shoot. Fixed focal lenght?

When: Sunday, June 20,[masked]:00 AM

Where: (A location has not been chosen yet.)

Another discussion thread turned into a meetup!

Yes reads 6am!

We will meet at the trailhead of Bass Creek in Stevensville Montana.

Peter Dove originated this idea and he suggests we use a fixed focal length to challenge us in using other aspects of our cameras in going for 'tack sharp' and awesome photos. He has extra lenses in case someone needs gear to pull this off. Please email Peter ahead of time if you have questions in this aspect.

Bass Creek trail is an easy trail to hike. It's more like a walk (thank the gods!) so those of us (okay-me) who aren't in hiking shape can meander.

Weather dependent!
