Please note that the Western Ohio Writers Association is a private organization. WOWA is an educational outreach offering of GLD Enterprises Commercial Writing designed to encourage the success of local writers in the art and business of writing. The group is not a platform for the discussion of politics, religion, or other socially-volatile subjects. No political or religious propaganda may be distributed at any meeting or on the group message boards. We do not censor written works - Original writing may contain adult themes and language, or other content that could be offensive to some people. We remind everyone of the first amendment of the United States Constitution. Vulgarity for its own sake, however, will not be tolerated and has never been a problem within our group. We trust adults to behave as such. WOWA is not a union or trade organization and is not affiliated with the Writers Guild of America.
