Deb was very knowledgeable and had a handout with useful information. Her daughter was along and everyone was gracious to the youngster. Nice group of folks and Pollock bench is worth hiking in its own right. Haven't been there in years.

Lots of fun. I now know a little about the plants I walk past. :)
Great group of nice folks. I got a little lost and headed out towards the Rattlesnake Canyons on my way back. :)

Hey WSA members, if you are not already a member of CO Canyons Association, the organization offering this hike, please ask Rosa or Joe (the 2 CCA staffers, one or both of whom may be present) about you becoming a member of CCA. By the way, another area that CCA is the "friends of ... " group for is Dominquez Canyon, where WSA has a backpacking trip going on today. We use the CCA lands a lot, enjoy these Info Hikes they put on so . . . if you have not already, please join the CCA organization.
