How soon could a Marine F.A.S.T. team have arrived in Benghazi if the decision had been made?

Greetings,

It might be interesting to pose this questions to the Commandant of the Marine Corps; if information was received that an American embassy/consulate in Benghazi was under armed attack how long would it have taken for a F.A.S.T. to arrive on scene?
