Thanksgiving, and the Black Friday shopping frenzy, are over, and everyone's back home, indulging in delicious fantasies of killing a relative, or another shopper. Hitchcock, about the making of Psycho, his scandalous movie that prevented people from using motel showers for at least a decade, might provide some vicarious encouragement. While HBO's The Girl dismembered our fantasy of the sardonic, avuncular, "master of suspense" by portraying him as a ruthless sexual harasser, with the support of a complicit wife, this one indulges it.
