I'm an engineer who works mostly in perl. I have a rails app that I built several years ago in a now-obsolete versions of rails that I would like to upgrade. I'm also interested in refreshing my ruby and learning from others.
We are dedicated to increase gender diversity in the Ruby community by helping women learn Ruby and Ruby on Rails.Each week we meet on the Westside of the Los Angeles area, primarily meeting in Santa Monica. Our aim is to build a rock-solid community of women programmers, specializing on Rails that support each other with a community spirit.
