This is a great group to round out your weekly fitness and health, to get outdoors (sometimes indoors), and to meet new people. We offer a variety of activities to help you get healthier and moving, including walks, bike rides, running, water aerobics, farmers markets and other fitness and health related activities. Most activities will be located in NW/SW Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro and other mostly west-side locations. Schedules change from season to season, however we usually have a weekend event. Calendar information available to members. Please continue reading below before joining. Winter months are less active.

Debbie Dehler is a certified personal trainer and weight loss coach. She started this group to help women find a safe way of rounding out their fitness and health, have fun and meet new people.

NO SOLICITATION ALLOWED: Do not join this group to solicit your products or services. Do not contact the group organizers to solicit your product or services.
We encourage women of all fitness levels to join and participate from the beginner to those more fit. Most of our activities will accommodate the beginner and out of shape individual. We will split up as necessary, please feel free to pair up with someone that's appropriate for you. Some events will be for the more experienced individuals, please see our schedule for upcoming walks/events and what fits for you. Some walks will also be wheel chair accessible, please let the event organizer know if you have a wheel chair and need assistance.
Dogs & Children:
Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome except at parks or other locations that don't allow them or if an event host doesn't feel dogs would be a good fit for the event. Children in strollers are welcome, however, some parks are not paved or are not very conducive to strollers. We will try and give this information on the calendar but please ask if you don't see any information. We are a women's group and wish to walk, hike, bike and converse with adults. However, we do schedule FAMILY EVENTS for the whole family and we will make these events known.

Please RSVP to events that you want to attend so we can get an accurate head count. If there are no other "Yes" RSVP's to an event other than the organizer, they reserve the right not to show up. Please be courteous to the organizers, who spend considerable time planning and posting events, and let them know if you're unable to attend. NO SHOWS ARE RUDE!! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE MEMBERS WHO ARE RUDE AND CANNOT SHOW COURTESY TO OTHERS. Please change your RSVP online or call the event organizer and let them know if you can't make it afterall.
We want to start on time, plan on being at the event 5- 10 minutes early. Each event organizer posts their phone number for you to call them if you are lost or running late.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Fitness activities and other events have risk and you participate in this group at your own risk. The waiver and release form is required to participate in our group's activities.

Tualatin Hills Nature Park – No dogs allowed and not stroller friendly.
Forest Park - Not stroller friendly and often dogs are not allowed on these hikes.
Commonwealth Lake Park - Wheel chair accessible but no designated handicap parking.
Cook Park - Wheel chair accessible.
Gabriel Park area
Hillsboro Library - Wheel chair accessible.
Hoyt Arboretum – Not stroller friendly.
Murryhill Poweline Park- not stroller friendly.
Tryon State Park - Not stroller friendly.
Noble Woods Park - Dog and stroller friendly.
Fanno Creek - Wheel chair accessible.
Cooper Mountain - No dogs allowed.
Summer Lake Park - Wheel chair accessible.
Fern Hill Wetlands
Rock Creek at Bethany Park.
Audubon Society - No Dogs allowed.
