SIMONE CHEDRAWEE WILL HOST THE COOKING CLASS WITH CHEF PAUL CHEDRAWEE
COOKING CLASS 2:30- 4:00
1.) Lentil and Vegetable Soup
2.) Salad with garlic dressing ( we will demonstrate how to make the dressing only)
3.) Hummus tahini ( we will demonstrate how to mix the hummus and explain the cooking procedure)
4.) Mousake (eggplant with tomato sauce) with rice
5.) Milk, rice or Knafe are all desserts which depending on the schedule, we may have time to demonstrate or have prepared in advance.
When the food is ready, we will show the best way to present the food, buffet style and how to set the table for a casual dinner.
DINNER 4:00PM UNTIL ?
The cost of the course is $50 per person including the dinner. A companion may join the dinner at 4:00 PM a $10 fee.
ALL CLASS MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A CUTTING BOARD AND A CHEF AND PAIRING KNIFE.
